Job Title: Industry Business Unit Manager

  • Ensure a portfolio of orders for the Department ensuring that profit and sales targets set in the budget are met. Directing the work of the Department to achieve budget objectives.
  • Preparing and supervising the implementation of department development strategy; identification of new business opportunities.
  • Cost control of the department in order to achieve the best possible financial results.
  • Ensure staff with appropriate qualifications, technical conditions, equipment, partners and subcontractors for the implementation of accepted orders and signed contracts.
  • Directing the development of subordinate employees to increase their competencies.
  • Represent UAB “Bureau Veritas Lit” in front of customers, subcontractors and partners; maintain the interest and image of. Development and maintaining relations with key customers.
  • Ensure provided service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Execution of other tasks related to the work.


  • Technical university degree
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, of which 2 years in a management position is recommended
  • Fluent knowledge of English
